About Isabella
Pronouns: She/Her
Isabella’s work is focused on helping individuals move from confusion to clarity - particularly where patterns feel difficult to understand or change.
Isabella Lay is a Clinical Psychologist based in Melbourne, providing telehealth services Australia-wide.
She completed her Honours and Masters training at The University of Melbourne and Monash University, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, and the Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Association of Australia (EMDRAA).
Approach
Isabella’s work focuses on structured psychological assessment and formulation.
She helps individuals develop a clear, evidence-based understanding of patterns that are often difficult to explain - particularly in areas such as attention, neurodevelopmental differences, emotional regulation, and relationships.
Rather than relying on broad descriptions, her approach integrates validated measures with clinical interpretation to provide precise, individualised insight and direction.
This allows for a more targeted understanding of what is driving a person’s experiences — and where meaningful change can occur.
